Group Visit Requests

    Thank you for requesting a group visit to Capital University!
    A typical group visit includes the following:
    - A 30-minute admission discussion
    - A 1 hour campus tour
    Visit Guidelines
    - Groups must remain on the bus or other vehicles until greeted by a Capital University staff member.
    - We can accommodate up to 40 students per visit. We require at least one chaperone for every 10 students (1-10 students = 1 chaperone; 11-20 students = 2 chaperones; 21-30 students = 3 chaperones; 31-40 students = 4 chaperones).
    - Chaperones are responsible for the behavior of students in their group.
    - Tour guides reserve the right to stop any tour for inappropriate behavior by participating students.
    - If inappropriate behavior takes place unchecked by chaperones, your group may not be allowed back to campus and your deposit will not be refunded.
    - Capital University will not be held responsible for any reimbursement of monies lost resulting from an ended or canceled tour.
