So Susanna is the director of admissions, operations and technology at Capital University. She's actually cap grad who has been working with capital for close to 15 years. She actually started right before she graduated so.
In that time, she served just about every role in the admissions office, and also now has started work consulting through involvement fuel, so she loves finding ways to improve operations for her and her team, and his presentation today. So I will turn the presenting over to her. I'll go ahead and turn off my Cam and let her steer.

How big is your Operations team? Are they only professional staff or do you have student workers on the team as well. How do you handle request for lists or new features (Portals, events, etc..)
